About the event
Before you can forgive, you have to be honest about what you're actually forgiving.
In this first session, we're not rushing to resolution. We're slowing down long enough to look clearly at the wound to ask what happened, what it cost you, and why it was so hard to talk about in the first place.
We'll explore what forgiveness actually means (and what it doesn't), how cultural and family dynamics shape the way we carry pain, and you'll leave with a reflection practice that helps you begin putting words to what's been unspoken.
This is for you if you've ever thought "I love her, but..." and couldn't finish the sentence.
