About the event
You've named the wound. Now comes the real work.
Forgiving someone, especially someone you love, isn't a decision you make once and move on. It's a process that lives in your body, your memories, and the stories you've told yourself for years. And it's even more complicated when the person hasn't changed, hasn't apologized, or doesn't even know they hurt you.
In this session we'll move through the emotions that forgiveness actually requires grief, anger, and ambivalence without skipping over any of them. You'll learn how to work with what your body is holding, not just what your mind has already processed. And you'll leave with tools you can return to whenever the weight of it comes back.
This is for you if you've tried to let it go and found it waiting for you anyway.
